Understanding the hugely paper-based and complex processes around licensing we have developed an intelligent digital service for Taxi Licensing which provides the ability to apply, renew and pay for Taxi Vehicle and Drivers Licences online.
Once a driver has a valid licence, they are then able to sign into OneVu and view their details in real-time; making it smarter and simpler for everyone involved.

Citizen Portal - Viewing Licence Details
With OneVu drivers are able, in the same place they check their bin days/council tax, to see when their licence will expire, the vehicle model and all details associated with their licence. They're also able to link multiple licence types to a single account.
Citizen Portal - Getting alerts
Alerts can be set up in OneVu by the council to allow drivers to sign up to be notified when their licence will expire or be kept up to date with any changes in policy etc.
These can be sent via email/SMS/Facebook Messenger.
