Aware of the high volume of Waste enquiry calls received, IEG4, working alongside councils and back office supplier Yotta, developed a highly intelligent, mobile responsive digital service for missed bins, providing citizens with the ability to submit a Waste enquiry at a time to suit them.

With integration to back office Waste Management systems and lorries' in-cab technology, citizens will receive a response in real time and thereby reduce unnecessary contact to the council.
