By considering how elements of the forms can be rationalised to afford the best customer experience, we optimise uptake and thus benefits of more cases automated.  

To provide a little insight our eClaim / eChanges forms:

  • Dynamically scale - so the citizen only sees pages/questions based upon their circumstances and the form can be very short for more simple claim types
  • Dynamically highlight evidence - so they are only asked for evidence based upon the information provided
  • Allow evidence to be uploaded both during AND after submission of their online form
    • Can integrate to Call Credit's Risk Based Verification service 
    • Can intelligently hide upload options based upon different risk categories returned
  • Allow you to change the wording of any question/guidance/help text 
  • Are mobile responsive and so the user experience is always great irrespective of the device in use

Calculator

An intelligent trial calculator that is able to estimate eligibility for Housing Benefit/Local Council Tax Support (LCTS) and can be modified to reflect your own LCTS scheme. Details are pre-populated automatically into the claim if they choose to apply and the user can carry out 'What if?' calculations too.

eClaim

With a huge amount of unique functionality and ease of use virtually all IEG4's eClaim customers achieve >90% online uptake of the service. It is simply to complete and can push the claim information directly into Capita, Civica, Northgate systems and all major document management solutions. Watch the video below for more info. 

eChanges

Unparalleled in terms of its functionality, the eChanges solution authenticates the citizen in real time, personalises the questions asked based upon the details held in the back office system. Details of the changes can in turn go directly into Capita, Civica, Northgate systems and all major document management solutions.
