These controls allow the form designer to simply drag and drop the required control from the numerous control toolboxes directly on to the form. This user focused design interface allows the form developer to amend, update (add additional pages / controls) and re-design the form(s) quickly, easily and often.

eFormStudio

eFormStudio is IEG4’s leading edge e-forms design solution that enables organisations to develop and deploy electronic form applications easier and faster than using conventional web development tools. eFormStudio is based on the latest industry-leading technology platform, Microsoft’s Visual Studio®.Net and uses standard Microsoft building block technologies for form deployment, data and document control and management.

eFormStudio combines a functionally rich environment for web developers and an easy to use wizard-driven forms creation interface for business users. In addition, eFormStudio's advanced controls make life easier for people completing e-forms, as intelligence within forms allows, for example,  unrequired fields to be hidden from view, data to be pre-populated into the form and automated routing through the form.

eFormWizard

eFormWizard provides organisations with a simple to use, Wizard based interface, for creating eFormStudio forms. eFormWizard enables business users to quickly and easily create simple to medium complexity forms, reflecting the user's organisation's look and feel, in literally a couple of minutes.

Whilst the feature rich, fully flexible, ‘drag and drop’ style user interface of eFormStudio will continue to be the solution of choice for experienced form designers and serious web developers to develop complex e-form applications, the incredibly simple to use eFormWizard is ideal for ad-hoc internal form creation and/or where forms need to be deployed quickly. This does not mean, however, that facilities are limited.

Users of eFormWizard are provided with an extensive range of facilities including: pre-built style templates (or create and import your own); multi-page form capability, including pre-populated page templates for common form types; easy re-ordering of pages within the form; selection from the extensive range of eFormStudio forms; fully configurable controls; and data output in a variety of formats including pdf, html, xml, and csv, for passing data to other systems, such as email. Forms created can be deployed to a nominated server ready for testing and ultimate deployment to the web / corporate intranet. Alternatively they may be passed to the core IT e-forms team for the addition of more complex features such as in form workflow or facilities such as database binding.
