IEG4 Limited is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art Microsoft .NET development tools and applications to both the local government and private sector.
The company was formed in 2006, and acquired the local government assets of Formfill UK (now Utilisoft) in June of that year.

Based in Cheshire, UK, IEG4 Limited works closely with Microsoft and is a launch partner for Microsoft Office 2007.

Paul Tomlinson, Managing Director:

Paul has over 20 years of experience within ICT. Formerly with Data General and Oracle, he was part of the original MBO team of First Software that acquired the Local Government Division of Oracle. First Software grew to over 300 customers in the Housing Management and Revenues and Benefits markets before being acquired by SX3 and subsequently Northgate. Paul’s experience included managing the whole applications business of SX3.

John Jervis, Sales Director:

John has almost 20 years experience within ICT and for most of this time has dealt with the local government and social housing sector. John held senior sales positions in First Software/Sx3, Anite and HBS prior to joining IEG4.

Paul Adams, Product Manager:

Paul has a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science and has extensive experience in the provision of pre / post sales consultancy, working in association with IEG4’s (and formerly Formfill’s) public sector client base and their technology partners. Paul  manages the delivery of client requirement / project requirement consultancy and services.
